Playing catch up

Oh gosh its been so nice reading everyones posts. Its great to hear from you all.
I havnt updated my blog in about 2 weeks now.Lots has happened. Iv been keeping a diary so I'll look back and try to remember some bits for you.

AFTER WASHINGTON:

Went back to camp. There wasnt that much damage but you could seen how high the floods had been. Down at the barn had been really bad. You could see the water lines on the Tack Shed, it came up arms length on me!!! Picnic tables, cones and poles had been found in bushes and in fields instead of in the ring. The riding rind had been ruined so that had to be re-done.
That week when camp started again I was in a programme called Outdoor Explores with Ruby and Splat. We had such a wiked time working with them! They are brill!

That week we did lots...
Played ultimate frizbee, then all jumped in the pool to cool off in the evening.
Played Brooklyn Wink, which is like a wrestleing game. Only Counselors or Cadetts can play. So much fun!!!
Delt with a home sick camper.
Taught lots of riding lessons throughout the whole week.

4th JULY

We decorated the horses and painted them, YES painted them, red, white and blue and put on a parade for the campers. That was cool.

We slept in the Pavilian twice that week with our 5 campers.
Practiced a dance we made for the dance show. We did a dance to the Back Street Boys. Was really cool but sadly I was unable to join the group for the show because I had to work at the barn. Our group won the show though which made me really happy. I was there in spirt hehe.
